Kacie Willis-Creator/Host/EP

Kacie is a creator and arts advocate based out of Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her BS in Music Recording Technology from Hampton University and MFA in Sound Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. After participating in the 2019 Spotify Sound Up accelerator program she formed the production company Could Be Pretty Cool whose mission is to produce unique creative experiences to inspire community building through the arts. Kacie has also served as a theatrical sound designer, arts administrator and speaker for local and national arts and cultural organizations.

Cooper Skinner-Lead Producer, Mix & Master

Cooper Skinner is an award winning sound designer and composer. He has had the pleasure of working with companies such as HBO, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Adult Swim, Hulu, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Dropbox, Audible Inc, FX, TBS, Mike’s Hard and many more. He graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with his B.F.A and M.F.A. in Sound Design.

Alexis “Lexi” McKay-Coordinating Producer (Season 1)

Alexis 'Lexi' McKay (She/her/hers) is a mixed woman whose main focus is a stage manager around Atlanta. She is also the Production Manager at Out of Hand Theater, an administrator for Atlanta Theatre Artists for Justice, on the board of SheNYC Arts, and loves to teach technical theater to kids whenever she can. When she’s not working, she is finding a quiet corner to curl up with her dogs and try to get her next play written.

Jacob McCoy-DP/Video Editor

Jacob McCoy is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. In addition to capturing music videos and performance art pieces, Jacob has directed and produced a number of short documentary pieces for clients such as the Sydney Opera House.

Caroline Baxter-Writer/Story Editor (Season 1)

Caroline L. Baxter is a freelance writer and the founder/executive director of Survivors Project, a nonprofit organization sharing the stories of survivors of domestic violence. She lives in Chicago, IL. Past work and more information can be found at carolinehuftalen.com.

Simone Brown-Production Accountant (Season 1)

Simone joined the YHMW team as a Production Accountant and has over 10 years of experience in corporate accounting. Being a Howard University graduate, she has a strong desire to empower and support businesses in underrepresented communities. She believes that no one truly wins until we all win.
