Quickly evolved from the MPC, and discovered utility in song and writing. From singing, song-writing, rapping, graphic designing, editing, and still producing, CDZ! is the true definition of multi-hyphenate. Echoing sentiments of legendary Jeet Kune Do martial artist and actor Bruce Lee, the artist from Marietta, Georgia strives to be formless as water. Fans can hear this approach in his music. Whether it’s sprinkled elements of G-Funk, interspersed with more eclectic musings from World-Pop and Afro-Beat, CDZ! possesses the capacity to Houdini out from any box one might try to lock him in. Recently releasing his first full length LP in three years, aptly titled ‘Cinematics’, which interweaved several cohesive short film elements within one cohesive, macroscopic picture, CDZ! Has followed up with ‘(H)ighly (D)edicated’, expanded his concept albums within his own unique, cinematic universe.
